Regarding the Stream Webpart, it's not exactly true that "it will no longer be available for use after this date." According to M365 Admin Message Center post MC561187, "All SharePoint pages and news posts that were built using Stream (Classic) webpart with single video as a source will continue to play your videos until February 2025."
