What what I can see here on the roadmap https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=SharePoint%2CHub we are talking about Feature ID: 57314.
For some reason, it is showing rolling out since March 2020... so that just doesn't seem right. We will check with our MS contacts and see what they can find.
