Calling out on the part, "No longer be possible to restrict an entire organization (tenant) to classic mode" related to https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-SharePoint-Blog/Delivering-SharePoint-modern-experiences/ba-p/315023 - We are a little disappointed with the small little pain points in "modern". For example:
- A simple problem is causing us to revert to classic and keep using classic. The problem being the new and upload menus in a document library allowing folder upload even when it is disabled in settings. Even after raising this issue more than half-a-year ago and having acknowledged as a bug nearly 3 months ago, it has not been solved as yet. - Adding users to "site visitors" in a team site keeps reverting in a few days.

Yes, a good progress has been made on "modern" front, yet many lingering niggling issues like these keep us from fully embracing "modern".
