- Review Copilot's responses. Click Replace or Insert Below if satisfied or close the window to discard.

How can Tenant Admins enable or disable the Rewrite with Copilot feature for individual users?
Tenant Admins have two options to enable or disable the Rewrite with Copilot feature for their users:
- Assign or unassign M365 Copilot license. For more information, refer to Enable users for Microsoft 365 Copilot | Microsoft Learn.
- Select or deselect "Microsoft M365 Copilot for SharePoint" service.
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center and go to Billing > Licenses.
- Select Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- In the product details page, select or deselect the "Microsoft M365 Copilot for SharePoint" service.
How does the AI impact the writing style?
The AI is designed to enhance, not replace, your natural writing style. It provides options and suggestions, but the final content remains in your control. You can choose to accept, modify, or ignore the AI's suggestions as you see fit.

The AI uses a general model that doesn’t retain specific user data to generate suggestions. This approach ensures that your content remains private while still benefiting from advanced AI capabilities.
