SenthilrajanKaliyaperumal , SPMT can migrate on premise sites or subsites to destinations being site collections or subsites.  i think i would be careful here and mention that the tool only move content from On premise to SharePoint Online. We are aware of the ask for moving content within SharePoint Online but currently not possible. If you are looking at moving only files, you could explore the Mover.io tool with a link available directly in your admin center.
