Cathy_Dew Just another follow up. For the Site branding feature, we are still desperately seeking the ability to disable this across our tenant as it completely goes against our Corporate branding strategy.
We are currently having to send global comms to our 60k+ users to tell them that they shouldn't be using this feature (even though it's available to them) and that we are looking to disable it once Microsoft provides the ability for us to do this. However, there are still a lot of people that do use the feature. For this, we need to run a script (weekly) across our 110k+ SharePoint sites to check all custom themes created, send comms to the owners of those sites telling them that we will be removing the themes they spent time creating (not ideal) and will revert their site to one of our approved themes.
As you can see - not an ideal experience for us. Having to send out global comms, a lot of effort to identify and mitigate custom themes created by users, and users spending time to create themes that we ultimately remove is not great.
PLEASE can you add the ability for your customers to choose if we want this enabled or not. For most of your larger companies with a strong Corporate brand strategy - this is a major issue.
