I am using the updated version you mentioned.
I have found that after uploaded a large amount of data the transfer slows down. I took the NAS containing the data home last night where i have a 10mbps upload and it worked much quicker. Our office has 100mbps upload and ran all day to do 40k files, at home it went over 220k files.
When you resume the task after closing the tool its also very slow running through which files have already been uploaded. It seems changing internet connection even though slower speeds up this process.
Is MS throttling the upload based on IP and if so how long?
We failed to complete a migration over the weekend because we couldnt upload 400gb of data to SharePoint on a 100mbps upload. This should be easily possible however it was still left with 100GB when we cancelled Sunday evening.
