General Availability of the SharePoint Migration Tool & SharePoint Migration Assessment Tool Updates

A strange issue which I think is a bug, is that pervious migrations with the SPMT tool are not showing up after closing the app

before, I was able to run migrations, & close the tool when they were done. & then when I restarted the tool I could see those migrations.

I have run a migration of about 10 people. 1 user asked that I hold on his migration until after his vacation. I set the migration to scan first but not auto start the migrations. I manually started all but the one user, they all finished & I closed the App 

today I logged back into the app, but the previous migration is not there...am I mistaken that the previous migrations should show up so that we can start a migration? or get the logs?

luckily I was able to track down the report files & was able to pull an error report up for a user; So the files are all there, but the tool isnt picking up on them
