Rick DeFoe - thanks for the feedback! We figured out why it works for you and not for me 🙂 When you're using quick links in combination with anchors on a homepage of a site collection, it works fine. But when you're using anchors on a "normal" page, which means you have the pagename.aspx in the hyperlink, quick links automatically pastes ?web=1 behind my anchors. As a result my anchors are not working, just refreshing the page...
