Jeffrey Allen thanks for the update; had a few questions based upon filtering on Teams release items
- Will sorting be available on the files tab this year? I did not see anything right away
- Enabling outside emails - we frequently have contractors who can connect to a Teams meeting but cannot see the Teams site or documentation. Is this a corp security policy issue? Does the contractor need to be on O365 or other Microsoft platform to integrate?
- Opening new windows - it would be nice to be able to duplicate or open a new teams windows similar to how IE/Chrome work, is that being considered?
- Mobile PSTN blocking - when we use a conf bridge vs Teams audio, and using the mobile client I frequently get a 'PSTN call underway..' blocking me from connecting to the chat. The sequence that I have to use is 1) open Teams session, 2) goto Outlook calendar and copy/paste conf number to phone to initiate audio. I saw some changes so I am not sure if that is being considered
- Teams Audio - our company is pushing this and we can connect our headsets to Teams but frequently we encounter background buzz or other issues that are a negative experience. It would save time using it and makes recording easier. Not sure what is on the horizon.
