*Please note: GCC High and DoD tenants do not have a public Teams App Store but are able https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/upload-custom-apps. 

As an admin, I'm unable to get sideloading to work in GCC-H.  Please confirm this is accurate.
