MC207190: Microsoft Forms – File Upload not available in Government environments
Delayed with no ETA
MC210713: SharePoint Designer – feature deprecation impacting Custom Form creation
An issue has been identified affecting SharePoint Designer functionality for creating custom Forms within SharePoint Online. After careful examination, we have determined that there is no known fix for this issue and have elected to disable the custom Form creation feature effective as of 3:00 AM UTC on Saturday, April 25, 2020.
This change does not impact the ability to edit previously created Forms or other existing features in SharePoint Online Designer.
MC209149: SharePoint Online – We are adding an alert for classic publishing portals that use Content Query web parts
On a classic page, the Content Query web part is a tool for finding and displaying information. However, this web part can affect page performance. Consequently, we are adding an alert for classic publishing portals that use Content Query web parts.
This affects only classic publishing portals when the Content Query web part is affecting page performance. In that case, a user who has edit rights may see a dismissible slow performance banner when the page is in draft mode.
The banner will automatically display under either of these conditions:
- If it takes >500 ms for the Content Query web part to load, or
- If the webpart is set up to be cross-list, i.e. selected the source "show items from all sites in this site collection" or "show items from the following site and all subsites"
SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) Updates

- SharePoint Server 2013

- Network and local file shares
