Hi,
Project Server 2019: Building cubes are failing with same error message. We are building the cubes from Share point central administration tool. Native client 11 provider. SQL Server 2017 version on Windows 2016 & separate SSAS 2017 version on windows 2016. TCP/IP port is enabled on SQL Server but named pipes are disabled in SQL Server configuration manager. Need some help to identify the issue.
Error Message
Analysis Services server failed to build OLAP database. Error: Error Adding DataSourceView to database. Error: Error Adding Table '' to database. Error: Login timeout expired
A network-related or instance-specific error has occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. Server is not found or not accessible. Check if instance name is correct and if SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. For more information see SQL Server Books Online.
Named Pipes Provider: Could not open a connection to SQL Server [5].
