Great post Brian-Smith. I'm struggling to get Excel to carry out the Advanced Analysis, even though I'm enrolled in the Insider Program and on the Beta track - I'll keep trying though!
The portfolio analysis capabilities of Project Online were and still are a great too for the exec teams to consolidate and challenge thinking around strategies. Too often we come up against conversations and decisions about priority that are made without evidence, and more on 'gut feel'. We've deployed this capability with Project Online to multiple customers and whilst some don't take it all the way, it acts as a great tool to provide an audit trail and structure for decision making. Pleased to see someone is still thinking about the capabilities required to support decision making like this!
