Project Online: How do I find who is using Project Online?

Back on 8/14/24, I ran the "Content Viewing" report from the https://my_spo_url/PWA_URL/_layouts/15/Reporting.aspx?Category=Auditing as suggested above.  The report gave me what I needed.  I ran it again today and the results were different.  The first time I ran it on 8/14, the 'User Id' column was populated with user email address (which is what I need).  Today, after running the report again, all of the columns look the same but the 'User Id' column is only "System Account".  Additionally, the name of the file that was returned the first time was "Content_viewing_2024...".  Now the name of the file that is returned is "Run_a_custom_report_2024..." even though I did not select the "Run a custom report" option.  I selected the "Content viewing" option.  Has there been a change recently that is preventing the actual User Id's from being included in the report?
