Thanks for the suggestion. Worked a treat!
Here's what I did:
- Exported all the data I had in the risks list using the Export to Excel feature built into SharePoint lists
- Deleted the Risks List
- Switched off the "Project Web App Connectivity" Feature from Site Settings
- Re-enabled the "Project Web App Connectivity" Feature from Site Settings
- Modified the Risks List to what I needed (making sure I only renamed standard columns or suppressed them from all views, rather than deleting them)*
- Refreshed by PBI dataset
- Hey Presto! Risks are now appearing for the project

*I also saved the list as a template at this point, so we can recover the list format/structure quicker in case I (or someone else) inadvertently makes the same mistake in the future!
