MicrosoftThe principle of this looks nice but it doesn't to have any automatic notification if you violate a goal date. This is the same as moving tasks around with dependencies: you can happily extend a task or move it back and violate a goal and nothing seems to happen — the goal screen shows a date of (say) 1st March but you have a task that it depends on that is not going to complete until 20th March and nothing warns you about this: you have to manually check the dates.
I think there should be a way of having things on the timeline turn red when they're going to overrun a goal date to highlight this (probably all the tasks which contribute to a goal being missed).
