Even with the new Lead & Lag there is still no support for negative durations or % values.... For example if I want Task B to be scheduled at half of the duration of Task A I can't specify a SS+50% like I can in the desktop application, so if the duration of TAsk A changes so does the lag vaue and the 50% delay is maintained.
I also can't schedule activities where the driving task dictates when something should be done in advance for example a board meeting where I need to schedule presentation prep 4 days before the event, or sending joining instructions prior to a training course. In the latter case I want a SF relationship where the training course is the driving activity. This isn't a FS relationship because it is the course that is the driving task of course....
And so it is incorrect to say that importing an mpp project is fully supported in terms of lead and lag in Project for the Web (Planner) at the present time...
When might we expect full parity with the feature capability of dependencies as in the desktop product? Because until that time importing projects into PFTW will still leave some schedules shwoing incorrectly with no way to resolve those issues unless done manually (and with inadequate workarounds).
