MicrosoftI love the idea of this and integrating it into Loop but there is missing functionality all over the place. Why is it only Planner 1 basic license that can feed into Loop but not Planner 3 advanced? Why can you upgrade a plan to planner 3 but not downgrade it?
Im trying really hard to move to microsoft but I think il just end up moving back. Its a shame Microsoft havent put more resource into developing this.
Hi Sam, you can downgrade an upgraded plan if you find the feature you need isn't there - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/planner/plan-downgrade although there are some caveats - you are basically back to the plan you upgraded, just brought out of archive with no new tasks/progress etc. so it isn't ideal.
