MicrosoftSorry to hear that jmaysi ! You should have that capability as part of premium - could you clarify what type of sorting you're trying to do? We can investigate if there's a bug on our side or if it's unsupported functionality. Thank you!
Hi Nancy. Thanks. And yes, I could clarify. I'm finding the same issue in Planner Teams and Web app. Every since I upgraded this Plan to Premium (Planner Plan 1), when in grid view , I am unable to sort my tasks by columns. When I click on a column header, I no longer have the option to sort, but only to hide column. See screenshot. Let me know if this helps or if you need more info. Thank you for your help! I would love to resolve this.
MicrosoftOh I see - sorting is a drag and drop feature; it's not part of the dropdown menu, but you can alternatively use the CTRL+Shift+< and CTRL+Shift+> keyboard shortcuts to sort your columns. Hi Nancy, Thank you! I just tried those suggestions, but they didn't work. But we may be talking about two different things. Are you talking about reordering which column comes first? That is drag-and-drop and works fine. What I need to do is sort by data by column. For instance, I'd like to sort my projects by due date, with the most recent on top. I used to be able to do this before switching to premium by clicking on the column header. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!
