We're still waiting on the integration of Premium Plan tasks into My Tasks for GCC licenses. This is essentially the core feature of new Planner, and it's still not available for GCC. Users are totally confused about having the new app but not having their tasks show up. What's going on? This question has been asked many times over the last 2 years with no clear answer from MS on (1) whether this will ever launch and (2) what the timeline is. There's no detail on the roadmap.
