Is Microsoft aware that users require more than 25 labels for real-life, complex projects?

Hi RGO1,

I agree the Labeling implementation could be better. I'm curious what you are using the labels for? Are you also using a Work Breakdown Structure, Buckets, Priority and Assignment? It is also possible to link Plans (although not a built-in feature) or group them using a Portfolio.
