MicrosoftJamesPhImp thank you sharing your feedback. To address your two questions: 1) Confirming that today, attaching files to tasks in a plan can be done once you share the plan with a group\team. Would be great to learn more about your scenarios and how Planner can be improved to meet the need 2) For both basic plans and premium plans, the only way today to give guests access to the plan is by adding them to the Microsoft 365 group the plan is shared with. It would be great if you can share more details on scenarios in your organization where you need more control on the access and curious what is the different experience you're seeing in basic plan that works to meet this need. AnavSilverman In our case we may have task that need to be assigned outside of the M365 group for an employee who does not have full visibility into the entire plan. All we need them to be able to do is to comment on the task, mark it completed and see it within their My Tasks view pane. There was an open feature request on this.
