Oh don't worry, they screwed up Planner for task management as well in this whole process. I'm not sure who's idea it was to completely change Planner in Teams, but it is now impossible for anyone to add comments, and has been changed to some ridiculous chat, not showing who made the comment or what time - which we need for our updates and tracking. Additionally, no one can enter a chat in any of the planner cards unless everyone else is out. We as a team are all in there all the time. This is FAR from an improvement to this previously very easy to use and seamless tool! This has made my planning of and tracking and communications of what is going on consistently, an impossibility, and incredibly difficult. The whole purpose of using Planner to put this together was to have a centralized ongoing real time communication without adding to our emails and additional meetings, and now that is what we are going to have to revert to. Another “brilliant” fix from MS! I am told that there is no going back either! Who’s idea was this?!
