While I appreciate your attempts to streamline the project management process via Planner, you have removed key functionality that enabled me to bridge my current process of managing my projects in portfolios in MS Project Desktop/Online. I used to import .mpp files into project online because it was a quick way to stand up a project from an existing template using the robust desktop functionality in MS Project. I specifically used Project online and then Planner to visualize my projects for our project teams and leadership using the portfolios. Now there is no simple way to import new files. My org does not have a quick answer to assist me on a power app solution that was referenced in this bulletin, so my project data is getting stale and teams are losing trust in the solution. The solution provided to this issue does not match the ease of the existing functionality. I am disappointed in this miscalculation.
