Microsoft has been touting the benefits of Planner Premium for months, and yet the move to GCC High adds very little value when the Premium features are not included. There are other project management solutions that are Cloud based and available in GCC High that have more robust functionality. With Project Server going out of support and no viable replacement from Microsoft in GCC High my options are becoming limited.
