The new Microsoft Planner begins roll out to General Availability

I like Planner but it's a product without significant updates in years and I was hoping for som new functionalities in the "Basic" version. Recycle bin, assign subtasks, Planner in shared channels etc. Requests from the community for years.  The new Planner is nothing new really. It's Projects behind a premium-paywall. I don't know if the "Ryan air" pay for a seat but everything extra is a cost, is going to make your customers happy. Everyone pays for M365 subscriptions already and your price increases for base functionality as well. That base funtionality should then evolve and be better right? Not always under Premium.

With that said.

I tried Copilot in a Premium plan. I know that this is in preview but are you not overhyping this just a little?  I like Gen AI and there are definitely use cases for it in MS products but putting it in every product for marketing purposes when its clearly not ready to create real value is not fair to your customers. 

Copilot in Planner should not require more licensing than M365 Copilot IMO. Will we see Copilot in basic plans for M365 Copilot customers? Roberto_Bojorquez  Holly1
