Today I found out that I had a new Planner interface. Just at the moment of presenting Planner today.
Diving a little bit deeper in the applications it turns out that there is a lot functionally missing. Gone with the wind.
To be honest I am very very very disappointed. According to me Planner is a bummer.
The List View is removed and now there is a Grid view where the Assign option is missing. So we are no longer able to assign multiple tasks to a resource, a label or else in this Grid view. Furthermore the "Tasks for Planner and To Do" app is replaced by "Planner" and within this alternative your are also no longer able to Assign resources (or labels) to multiple tasks.
The three dot options are missing and for Guest accounts you are no longer able to get an overview of multiple taks in you new "Planner" app.
I am no longer going to advice people to use this application as it is not bringing anything extra.
The new Planner doesn't deliver added value at all, instead it lost most of the good and essential functionalities.
