"Today I implemented Planner and To do to our whole company. While the features are enough to organize our tasks, I'm having second thoughts on continuing using it because of the lack of granular user permissions, version history/auditing and a recycling bin.

As of now

• Anyone can keep moving the deadlines so it wouldn't show up as late.
• Anyone can delete any task without any trace
• Supervisors in our company wants that they are the only one that can mark the task as complete.
• Anyone can change the details of the task without any trace.

Without these 3 features, granular user permissions, version history and recycling, I wouldn't consider the Planner business ready."
