Hello,
Currently the workflow flows downwards from Planner to To-Do, Teams Tasks, Outlook Tasks which is great.
For example, a task created in Planner will be visible in "Assigned to me" lists for To-Do, Teams Tasks, and Outlook tasks.
Are tasks able to flow in the opposite direction? If not, will this feature be available in the new Planner?
For example, create a task in OneNote, or To-Do, or Outlook, or Teams Chat, and then assign it to a Plan in Planner.
This would open up a lot of opportunities for Planning tasks from different sources without duplication.
I did review the comments and don't believe this question has been answered yet, apologies if there is duplication.
The comments above are based on my current level of understanding regarding the relationship between programs, using the programs myself, and searching for more information online.
