Love that you are approaching the concept of standardization / streamlining of solutions. We have been using Planner as a regular tool however also want to have more data rich dashboards in Power Bi. Currently within planner there is no native integration, causing us to export as a excel through power automate to then sync over to power bi to manipulate. With doing it this way a few side affects are 1, no live data due to multiple process's, 2, not all data is formatted/standardized in the excel export causing issues with displaying the data we need, 3, more process'/solutions that could cause more failures.
My question : Will the rebrand of Planner that is pulling all the features of Project for Web, include the ability to natively integrate with Power BI to get the live reports of any data we require?
Also looking for more clarity on the following :
1. You say personal planners will be available - how will that work if we have the creation of 365 groups / sharepoint sites restricted? - Can personal planners live with the onedrive ecosystem of the user?
2. What is Microsoft's plan to support sharing plans with members outside of a dept without giving full 365 group access.
