MicrosoftMicrosoftWe have been ghosted on P4W blog and uservoice for quite a while. Microsoft should have already conducted an event to gather feedback from the community, we have plenty of good ideas from real work needs. Instead we have no contact with P4W teams, we often get features no one asked for leaving high desirable features left for years.
Why not ask all of us here to join an event to brainstorm about how planner/P4W could be better? It seems like we are being ignored, for far too long. I really would like to use these products more, but the lack of direction has been VERY disappointing, we are never heard, feedback seems to go in the bin.
I agree with several messages on this thread about the comments on tasks in planner, that should be more Teams like, P4W started this well, but it was never well developed, it was a slow and painful process having to run P4W inside teams to have chat. We had to use the web interface to get better performance, but then we didn't have chat. Very frustrating. Planner comments on tasks are really useless as they are now. No one here uses it, same for our customers. There are no instant notifications, there is no formatting, check your telemetry, most likely no one uses it.
