Shin-Yi , the original link still des not work for me, the link you posted does -- and I have a hunch what the problem might be:
- The link in the article is a redirect link that points to https://www.microsoft.com/microsoft-365/blog/2021/01/13/3-ways-retailers-can-shape-the-new-normal-with-their-frontline-workforce/ without specifying the language/local. This is a usually good practice because it will allow users automatically to the page matching their browser settings. However, in this case it fails as it seems there is no version matching my version. Being in Austria I'm redirected to https://www.microsoft.com/de-at/microsoft-365/blog/2021/01/13/3-ways-retailers-can-shape-the-new-normal-with-their-frontline-workforce/ Please note the de-at right after microsoft.com
- For anyone who as an en-us browser the link works, as the redirect will be to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/blog/2021/01/13/3-ways-retailers-can-shape-the-new-normal-with-their-frontline-workforce/ including the en-us
- This seems not only to be a problem for de-at, I tried for example en-gb for British users and it fails as well.
As a quick fix you can just replace the link in the blog with the direct link to the en-us page. If you want to have this fixed for good you need to talk to whoever is responsible for the redirection service and change it to default back to the us-en version if no local version is available.
