mjiverson thank you and yes, the IT guys have been through 'To do' with me and that isn't suitable either. We may well go back to Planner and have multiple template plans and I will just have to manually assign tasks again within the buckets, or we will revert back to an excel spreadsheet. Not ideal at all, but have to work with what we have and wait for MS to upgrade Planner to make it more user friendly 😞
