Manage multiple plans effortlessly with the new Portfolios feature in Microsoft Planner
Per the below, how do I add the key date within a plan in the portfolio roadmap view? See example plan "Pre-launch teasers and cam" which has "Check in One" in the row (vs. at the top). Meet_Sanghvi
Hey tjca2017 — all zero-day tasks (i.e., milestone tasks) in your plan will automatically appear as key dates in the roadmap view when you add the task to a plan row in your portfolio. You might want to try creating a zero-day task in your Planner plan for each key date you want to highlight, then ensure that the task is added to the corresponding plan row in your portfolio. Hope this helps!

Hi Meet_Sanghvi -- could you please screenshot how to create a zero-day task? I tried to create one that begins and ends on the same day and set the duration to "0" but it is not showing up in my Roadmap as mentioned or as a key date

tjca2017 When you add a task, add a duration of 0d. That automatically makes it a milestone. Don't touch the dates. Those should be driven by your dependencies in your schedule.
