Manage multiple plans effortlessly with the new Portfolios feature in Microsoft Planner
Hi
I have i "Planner and Project Plan 5" licens - but i can't add plans to my Portifolio.
On the "Plans" site is only "+ add subscriptions" and when i have added 1 - thats it :( - then i can't add anymore.
The "Plans" page is blank
Hi Galamba, are your plans made with Basic Plan templates? Unfortunately the current build of Portfolios, doesn't allow you to add Basic plans to Portfolios, even with the highest licence. It's a real problem :(

Is this on the plan for future developments? Apparently it is still not possible to add basic template plans to a portfolio …

Hi
Thank you for your answer.
I have upgraded the projects to premium, so that is not the issue. It is possible for me to ad 1 project - when making the Portfolio - but then i can't add anymore.
...but we have tried a lot of different things in my organisation, different users, different type off PCs, macs, browsers, incognito mode etc.
We have found out that it's never working from Teams, but from planner.cloud.microsoft it worked from certain machines - but not mine.
We looked into the developer tool in Chrome (F12 - Network) and could see that an Akamai server in US returned a 404 - don't know what impact that could have - but i guess i do not want a cached portfolio :)
After that i tried to reset my browser - Chrome and Edge - and that solved it. I don't know what the resetting does, but it worked (still having my bookmarks etc.)
My colleague tried the same, but that made no differences for him - he is still not able to use Portfolio.
In the process my licens was downgraded to planner 3.
