Manage multiple plans effortlessly with the new Portfolios feature in Microsoft Planner
One feature that would be very important to add in the portfolio roadmap view is the possibility to filter specific user tasks across all plans. This way we could see the tasks that a user has in all the plans of the portfolio.
That's a good suggestion! I believe the intent of 'Portfolios' and 'Roadmaps' before it is really to surface higher level data for management and stakeholders on different projects, giving them the ability to see timelines and progress, without having to dig into multiple projects/plans.
If you'd like to see all the tasks a user has in all their plans, that's what the 'My Tasks' area shows for a particular user. If you'd like to see this across plans, you could always build a Power BI report that surfaces and reports on this data.
