Same issues as I_Keno above

Cannot install Portfolios
Almost halfway through January and it seems this should have been working in December.

Any ETA on when the portfolios function works? A heap of Project Plan 3 users waiting to use this to extend plans to the rest of the org and I'm hitting this complaint everyday now.
