Unfortunately, a major incident has occurred in the organization as a direct result of this change.
Approximately 99% of users (around 1,000 employees) are hosted on on-premises Exchange Server mailboxes. Since the implementation of the change, these users are no longer able to access their Planner comment history. The link that is provided to retrieve archived comments is not functioning as expected. Instead of opening the archived comment content, the link redirects users to their on-premises mailbox inbox.
This issue is significantly impacting business operations and requires immediate remediation. A rollback of the implemented change is urgently required.
Please advise on the procedure to revert this change as quickly as possible and restore access to the archived Planner comments.
