I have captured some pain points using custom fields that I think would be good refinements to the product:
Issue | Description |
Custom field - Missing a user picker option | Not able to create a field with "Requested by" or "Help chain" and attribute its value to a person from the active directory |
Task view - not able to hide unused fields | Fields that are not used (selected hidden in Teams or Project view) could be hidden (or moved to a second tab) in the task view |
Task view - not able to reorder custom fields | It would be better to bring custom fields higher up in the task view, since they are more important than standard fields |
Standard Columns - Creation information | Created Date and Created By are fields that are already generated but not exposed to the users. It would be better to have an option to read them in the UX |
Standard Columns - Status | Status field is not available on the UX, why? Is Bucket the best name for it? |
