wrootI agree that Microsoft should stop baiting us with feature information. We're responsible for delivering what they say as part of the business planning process and these announcements are doing nothing but building frustration.
I have only now come to realize that planner now works as intended (finally) and works well with teams. But even with that, planner's behavior is different in teams depending on where it is used. I am building a business process chart to show users how they need to work with both products (Planner and ToDo) and when one product is better than the other for certain tasks.
Moreover, team leads need to set guidance and use all the tools available for both of these products to break down the information into manageable bite sized bits.
