Has the date of the default GDAP been postponed?
According to the timeline here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/gdap-faq#what-are-the-timelines-for-stop-dap-and-grant-default-gdap-with-creation-of-a-new-customer The default GDAP would go into effect in production on October 10 (was October 9 before, but has been recently updated to 10), however we noticed that new customer creations through the API, with the enableGdapByDefault=true parameter set, are not any different from before. i.e. new customers do not get the default GDAP relationship and are still provisioned with the old DAP.
