Removing functionality without warning is the greatest let down, and it happens with every iteration of every software Microsoft has ever released.
This New Outlook is one of the poorest, it's a downgrade that looks like it was made by children for children and not a business person.
After 25 mins of re-applying all my settings/conditional formatting, I still found it poorly laid out.
Condition formatting changes colour of the subject now, and not the person's name (weird).
We cannot remove the app bar now? Waste of space and security risk to have my OneDrive logged into and easily accessed. Some people have sensitive files/information that should not be easily accessed. (Files there should already be password protected).
Where did all of my flagged emails go? There were more than 100 and now it only goes back to June 2024. That was my easy way of referring to important emails and now they are gone, and the side bar of those tasks takes up more space, and I have to switch between calendar and task view instead of having both visible at the same time.
This makes me want Lotus Notes to come back.
