Once more, a new level of bad UX is forced down our throat. How is it possible that you hire worse and worse silly millenials who do not have a single clue in UX/UI. There was a time when CONSISTENCY was in all Windows, from the OS to the applications. There was no way for an software (apart from games) to bring its own fancy window system. A window was a window, a button was a button, a field was a field. Since a few years, the increase in WASTED SPACE, in HUGE FONTS, in CUMBERSOME widgets and in overall ugliness is incredible. Windows 8 Metro was the most hated interface change ever in the history of computing, but you kept on designing more and more "creative" ways of losing users into a complete mess.
Coming back to the totally stupid idea of wasting a half inch on the left side of Outlook, to display other apps icons that nobody gives a F, revert it ! You know what ? Switching between apps is done through... the TASK BAR ! Morons !
Oh, and Teams is THE MOST UGLIEST and unuseable of all Microsoft Apps !
