Based on the comments, I am not the only user disappointed with the forced relocation of the Outlook module. Unfortunately, I see no legitimate explanation for why MS would bar users from turning off or opting out of the forced relocation. "[A] consistent experience" might apply to users who use all of the apps referenced, but that is not guaranteed, and a forcible relocation suggests that the intent was not to allow for a more user friendly experience. Further, users who have more horizontal screen space versus vertical screen space eliminate the contention that the forced relocation "creates room in the UI for more apps". Perhaps the intent of the forced relocation was to generate user comments. MS should align its decision-making processes with providing more inclusive user experiences. Please at least provide the option for users to revert to the bottom module location.
