It is confusing in that it states a temporary option will be available to return to the Classic App Bar and it describes how to do it. What good is a temporary option but it seems like they are trying to placate us Users who hate this change. The update goes on to seemingly write about how the New Experience is going to be used. To me this is just confusing but apparently there is something going on to allow you to return to the Classic App Bar.
So far, though I don't see version 2211 yet and I'm still on the 'Classic app bar' location. Also, one of my installations is also on 2210, has the New Experience Left Hand Side Bar and when trying to manually update, Outlook states it is up to date.
