MicrosoftAre you f#n kidding me! Resisted "upgrade" to 11 as I knew it would waste time - oh it has.
So, I lose screen space with no choice or option to revert to previous, as MS has decided to place icons on the LHS rather than in the body (requiring NO space). And, I must be technologically incompetent but now I have Outlook in black inverse background, which no view option will reverse and its Bl##dy annoying. wasted over an hour already.
MS once again takes the biscuit for arrogance over community discourse - just ask next time, and provide choice = "do you want to keep doing what you're used to or for us to unilaterally change things?" Its not exactly complicated customer service, which will lead to better engagement.
so, now tell me how to get the background back to plain white, for clarity, please!
