I got tired of reading posts of users disheartened by this change, simply looking for someone who actually liked it. Perhaps I am foolish or old fashioned in thinking that it is a good idea to vet a change before implementing it or giving the customer options. Suffice it to say that I am very disappointed in your lack of customer service & insistence on pushing a negative change. I would highly encourage you to read the customer feedback, consider other options & go back to the drawing board. At the very least, give us options on where/if we would like this tool bar as well as what we would like on it. I'm not an IT genius, but that really would not be that hard to do. Well, I guess it is only worth wasting your time if you value customer feedback. If not, I am quite sure that your competitors will happily provide what you will not.
