MicrosoftI used to love Microsoft but now I find myself looking for alternatives to everything in the Office suite. I HATE the online version of Outlook. This change has me debating uninstalling the current desktop Outlook and reinstalling an older and less secure version of Outlook that stops "assuming" what I like and actually lets me get work done. MS definitely doesn't care about the "User Experience" because it "defaults" to whatever the heck it wants to, regardless of the complaints it receives. I wish there was still a reliable version of Eudora - That's how we used to deal with MS Office making "default" changes...we would leave MS for a couple of years until they came out with a version that was tolerable.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE switch the position back. The Navigation pane is an eye sore that distracts me. If you have to change something, how about making the Exchange Server reliable and removing the delays in sending and receiving email while the exchange server tries to navigate the incredibly insecure cloud, you've forced us to use??
