MicrosoftI think the bulk of people don't like it. And this doesn't even matter, the point is that there should be an option, so everyone can choose and place it where they want.
For people using a laptop for their work too, not only a big screen - this change is incredibly impractical.
And by the way most of us don't need any apps linked in Outlook, for this we use the windows task bar (shifted back to the left 🙂
All the changes also in windows 11 - they called so "fresh and clean" Design always annoys me, because for professional users this only prevents quick access to options we use a lot.
